To submit your web series for consideration for the 11th Annual Indie Series Awards, fill out the entry form below, submit, and then pay the submission fee using the PayPal button below the form. If you have trouble seeing/using the form below, it can also be found here.

Enter the name of your web series then click the "Buy Now" button. Type in the total dollar amount based on the number of categories submitted, and check out via PayPal. Note: The actor categories (Lead Actor, Lead Actress, etc) count as 1 whether you enter 1, 2 or 3 actors (only 1 is required per actor category).
